           Conditions :

1. The Championship will be played in accordance with the Rules Of Golf as approved by R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules as approved by the Championship Committee.
2. The Championship is open for players, men and ladies, with a handicap of 18 or better.
3. The Championship will be stableford over 2 rounds of 18 holes, to be played over “Lac de Verde” Golf Club, Breaza, judet Prahova. The first round will be played on 8 October. and the second rond on 9 October. The 7-th October is a practice day on the course.
4. Ties for these places will be decided on the lowest aggregate for the last 9 holes ( 6 or 3 or 1 hole). If a tie still arises, the scores for the first 9 holes of the second day will be treated in the same way until a decision is reached.
5. The specimen conditions in the Rules of Golf are in effect regarding Conforming Driver Heads and Golf Balls and Time of Starting. 
6. Players shall walk at all times during a stipulated round unless permitted to ride by the Championship Committee. 
7. Players must not make use of any drug to enhance performance. Any player infringing this Condition may be disqualified. The Committee reserve the right to test any player in the Championship and to take action against a player who is considered to have infringed this Condition. Players who are on medication and in doubt as to their clinical status should seek advice from The R&A via the Championship. 
8. The pace of play conditions will be posted at Championship venue and will be available on request. 
9. Competitors are requested to register immediately on arrival at “Lac de Verde” Golf Club, but not later than the 7-th October, 19.00 hour.
10.  Entrants must conform in all respects to the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited and sign the declaration in the entry form to that effect.
11. The Championship Committee reserved the right to disqualify any player making a false statement on this entry form.
12. The starting field will be 72 maximum. In the event of entries exceeding this number, successful entrants will be decided by the lowest exact handicaps.
13.  All entries will be subject to the approval of the Championship Committee which reserves the right to accept or refuse or, having accepted, subsequently reject any entry without giving reason for its decision.
14. Entries shall be accepted only if the entry form is fully completed an sign by the entrant.
15. Any amateur entrant named in one of the following categories will be allocated a place in starting field:

a) Romanian National Champion 2010                         

b) Romanian National Champion 2009                         

c) Romanian Junior Champion 2011
